The staff were consistently helpful and polite, always smiling and ready to assist, and breakfast, though simple, always included bread, cake and at least three kinds of fruit together with coffee, milk, juice, water and yoghurt, while the hotel’s location was ideal. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired; the public areas always seemed dirty, as if someone had wiped them with a filthy cloth, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition, with sludge covering everything and a strong mould smell. Room 106 was uninhabitable, reeking of mould even with the air‑conditioner on, its window facing a wall and barely opening, and the bathroom was clogged with sludge in the grout. On top of that, the breakfast staff started work extremely early, creating unbearable noise. I even attached photos of the bathroom from the day we arrived.

“Boa, gostei só melhorar nos pontos citados acima”

Clean, well organized. The shower should have a hot water option. The breakfast could be slightly improved; the bread was stale.

Location and breakfast were good. The TV had major functionality issues.
