Cheaper than expected, rooms a bit dated. The sound insulation between the hallway and rooms is poor, and breakfast is a bit simple for the price. It doesn't deserve the "excellent breakfast" rating on Booking.

The appearance doesn't match the photos, and the owner is extremely rude. On the plus side, the location is good with greenery and quiet.

During the entire stay we saw no hotel staff at all! It felt like a self‑service hotel.
