Jean is a natural storyteller with a wealth of culinary knowledge. Francine blew us away with her cooking skills. Fantastic. Together they are iron‑strong hosts. If we ever need another sleeping spot and a table d’hôtes nearby, we’ll gladly drive an extra 100 km just to stay at 'Plaine et Colline'.
