The food service was terrible. They took way too long to deliver simple food; our lunch took 3 hours, and the food quality was bad. The breakfast buffet was awful because there were barely any options and the food was poorly cooked, with plenty of excuses for the extremely slow service.

The hotel's pool was a highlight, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by a dirty and poorly maintained room. The furniture was damaged, and the reception area was also not clean. The air conditioning was loud and didn't work properly, and the staff were unfriendly. We were also disappointed by the photos we saw online, which didn't match the reality of our stay.

I stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown due to its isolated location and overpriced menu. The hotel itself is nice, but the distance from any nearby attractions and the high prices of the food made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some positives and negatives. On the one hand, the food was good, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and Colva Beach was close by, making it a great location. However, the front desk concierge wasn't very helpful during our birthday celebrations, and we were also disappointed to find that our room didn't have a balcony, despite it being advertised as an option.
