The facilities and the nice location were good, but with almost 40 °C the pool wasn’t working and the air conditioner ran at half power. I had to plug and unplug it to turn it on or off, and it only had one speed at 26 °C. We suffered a lot of heat at night, and we waited almost an hour outside for someone to attend to us because there was no staff under the sun.

The receptionist who greeted us was very kind, but they shut off the Wi‑Fi from 10 am to 10 pm, which is exactly when we return from activities and want to check social media. Also, the pool was not usable.

The location and the pool were great. However, the grill was missing, and the ovens had very dirty burners.
