“Excellent”
The location is great, right in the center of town near the theater I was visiting. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms just the right size for one person. The rooms and bathroom very clean! Quiet in the later hours, even though we are close to the street. I couldn't get the TV to turn on, but I figured out the power cord directly into the TV's back was loose. Once I reconnected it, everything was fine. Also, the parking lot was closed due to the street being closed off for the weekend activities in town that weekend, and had to find off site parking. Not really the fault of the hotel and I know the area well, so finding parking was no issue
