The place was clean, stunning, and peaceful. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning.

The location was super convenient, especially if you arrive in George via the Outiniqua pass, and the neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was generous and tasty. However, the room was cold and there was no heating, the attention to detail was lacking, no hand soap was provided, the towels were scruffy, the bathroom door didn't reach the top of the frame, and sounds from other rooms leaked through.

The spot was perfect, just 5 minutes from where I needed to be that weekend, and the owner was very helpful during check‑in.
