It was okay, nothing special.
Everything was fine.

Besides a comfortable bed, I can’t really find any positives, maybe the proximity to a shop. The biggest issue was the misleading information about the room’s facilities: the description says each room has a “private bathroom” (in English), but in reality every room shares one bathroom (in Polish) – this is very misleading (and it’s not true that every room has its own bathroom). Additionally, the manager’s personal conduct was disappointing: she threw her headset, didn’t respond to a settlement proposal even after I showed screenshots (which she herself had requested) that a private bathroom should have been provided. The kitchen equipment and bathroom hygiene were also poorly maintained. For a slightly higher price, we found dramatically better conditions in Zamość.
The service was first class; the man who handed us the keys and the lady who took them from us were extremely cheerful. Very positive – their smiles were infectious.
