I liked that the room was super clean and comfortable and in a great location, but they only had one waffle maker machine.

“Free meal?”

The jetted bath in the middle of the room was great and the room was clean, but the so‑called free Continental breakfast was a joke: the muffins were so small, there were no real Danish pastries or donuts, the cereal variety was terrible, and you had to make your own waffles and toast but there was no jelly or butter; the juice machine produced juice that tasted like water, and the coffee was the same.

“Bad don't stay at this place”

The place was a disaster: the manager was racist, the TV didn’t work, rooms were moldy and dirty, and all my family had traveled here based on the photos, yet the reality was trash; the shady manager gave a man a key for another teen room and entered while a customer was changing, then told her she should have locked the door; my sister’s brother‑in‑law drove from Houston and found mold everywhere, and when he spoke to staff the manager had to approve a room change, then she ranted and said they could leave if they didn’t like it; when I arrived my room was dirty and I told the front desk, who said they had no housekeeping and told me to clean it myself, and when I mentioned the TV didn’t work she demanded we either change rooms or fix the TV, which escalated quickly into a wild fire; the manager started yelling and wouldn’t let me be spoken to that way, especially when she said “you people” referring to me (Hispanics); I wasn’t going to stay where a racist person ran the place, and the photos were misleading; I will never stay there again and I left with a bad taste of service, especially for such cheap rooms; I’m now waiting for a refund and they want to charge me a night fee.
