The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff’s attitude, the reception’s friendliness and welcome, and especially the employee Habibah were top‑class in politeness, respect, and care.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the great location right in the middle of Tahrir Square and the genuinely warm hospitality. The staff were all welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping team was lovely, with all the ladies being kind and helpful, and their manager Safaa was also great. The restaurant staff were wonderful; one lady kept checking on us for anything we needed and brought coffee and water even though breakfast was a buffet and self‑service. The gentleman preparing the omelette was very kind and attentive. The team went above and beyond, paying attention to the smallest details, and even offered to change our room twice to ensure our comfort. A special thank you to Ahmed (if I remember the name correctly) for his kindness and help throughout our stay. Overall, the great location and the genuine hospitality and care from the entire team made our stay special. We truly appreciated it. The main issue was the noise. Surprisingly it wasn’t street noise or cars, as we’d expected for that location. The noise came mainly from inside the hotel. The rooms are not sound‑proof at all, and we could hear almost everything happening in the corridors and even at the reception area from the second floor. We could clearly hear other guests talking and moving around, especially at night, which made sleeping difficult. Improving the soundproofing of the rooms would make the stay much more comfortable.

A hidden Gem V.good location … vibrant near to everything … Mr Ahmed At reception is beyond expectation … upgraded my stay with a huge smile on his face “definetly would be back” Breakfast need to be upgraded a little bit Overall quality for money. Breakfast not matching the Standards hotel is offering 😊

The breakfast was incredible and the location is right in the city center, but the noise from cars was never an issue—there was no outside noise at all. The only drawback was the bathroom: the shower lacks curtains or a door, so the water floods the room, but everything else was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be mentioned is that everything was good and Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Haitian were so helpful.
