The hotel was welcoming and the staff were friendly, but the décor and the building itself clearly needed a renovation.

“Poor quality and very disappointing experience”

Not much at all. Staff members were polite. Mateo was very helpful and kind. Pool was a bonus, however we were informed on arrival it was to be used at an extra charge, generally hotel and pool facilities were very poor. Pool facilities were not clean. Hotel was clean but very dated and poorly decorated. Very dated, poorly decorated, carpeted throughout which was stained and smelled; poor facilities throughout; breakfast was extremely poor- no choice at all; location was poor and 25min walk to the beach; pool at an extra fee which wasn’t mentioned in the which was eventually waived for us. Hotel caters mostly for Italian guests. We didn’t feel very welcomed, hardly anyone spoke English. We won’t be returning, booked 6 nights but left after 4 having rebooked our flights

Overall the hotel was clean, the continental breakfasts were decent, and the coffee was good. The hotel is located far from the city center, appears a bit old, and we noticed gaps in the doors that almost let you see into the rooms.
