Breakfast hit the mark—delicious, tasty food with a great variety of options. The only downside is that there isn’t an extra washer and dryer available.

I loved the facilities, and the staff were professional and helpful from check‑in to check‑out. Outside the gates, though, there were a lot of people loitering, which could be a safety concern if you need to walk around the campus.

“Viaje de negocios muy comodo”

The rooms are sound‑proof, so you get excellent rest; the mattresses are very comfortable, the desk is spacious, and overall the layout is well arranged. The hotel is modern and sits right in front of Emancipation Park, in a nice, quiet area, and is a short Uber ride from restaurants or bars. There was no laundry service on the weekend, even though the hotel has a laundry room. The décor or warmth of the restaurant could be improved compared to other Kingston hotels.

“Bra hotell for et kort opphold”

A hotel with a nice spot by a park, the reception was very friendly and breakfast was good. The breakfast room was clean and tidy. The room itself was spacious and offered a lovely view of the park. However, the room had a slight odd smell and there was a leak coming from the minibar. The carpet in the room looked very dirty, almost sticky with old grime and dampness.
