The staff treated us very well, everything was very clean and tidy, and overall the place felt very welcoming.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The Christmas décor added a cozy touch that was appreciated. Towels, soap, and a small breakfast were provided, which was a nice detail. The fridge in the room was also a plus. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless at any time of day. The spring mattress, while not entirely uncomfortable, felt a bit outdated.

The room was decent for the price, spotless, and the check‑in/out process was smooth; there was one shared bathroom with a shower and a toilet, the room was spacious and had everything we needed, even a small fridge. The location was quite far from the city centre on foot, and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but overall we had a good stay.

The radiator was broken, so we had to endure a freezing room for two days; it was only fixed later, but sleeping in a room colder than outside was extremely uncomfortable.
