The terrace is nice and the place is quiet, the common areas are old-fashioned but charming. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated; the rooms have glass panels that open onto the hallway, and there are cockroaches in the bathrooms 😅

The welcome was friendly (as is common in Sri Lanka). The room was average quality, the private bathroom was on the landing, and the hotel had no charm. In short, nothing spectacular and no deal‑breaking flaws.
