“Cumple las expectativas”
The spot is great because it’s close to the city center and there are plenty of shops right by the hotel, but the bathroom is a real pain – it’s tiny and the door doesn’t open all the way.
The facilities are spotless, but when I arrived to park, the garage doors were still closed and they only opened after I’d already tried to get in.
“Me encanto lo volvería a reservar esta muy centrico y cerca de muchos lugares”
It’s super central, with lots of stuff nearby – restaurants, a Soriana right in front, and everything else close by.
The accommodation didn’t meet my expectations. The staff were young and seemed indifferent to customer service, and the facilities weren’t very clean, though the location was decent. Every night there was a lot of noise from rowdy guests; when we reported it, they only offered excuses as if we were at fault, and no one apologized or moved us to a quieter room. The crowd seemed disruptive, and although I don’t drink, I attended tequila tours without tasting the drinks. I fell ill after three sleepless nights, suffering from headaches, stomach and intestinal issues, and felt like a zombie on the tours—what a terrible vacation. That’s why I decided to switch hotels and go to Santiago de Compostela. I have already listed everything that happened at that hotel.
The location is excellent, close to restaurants, the cathedral, and you can walk to many points of Guadalajara, but the room we were given smelled like drainage, the shower had no water, they promised a room change, and we waited more than two hours, missing a tour after we reported it that night.
