The place was clean and easy to get to, close to a large mall, with enough parking and polite staff. However, some rooms lack hangers, and the bathroom has a divider between the shower and toilet that makes the water smell unpleasant.

Crystal Hotel was amazing! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and everything was convenient for travelers. I especially liked the café right next to the hotel—affordable and great for a quick meal or coffee. The hotel is also close to the mall, making shopping and getting around easy. The front‑desk girl was lovely and spoke English very well, which was a big plus! The only small issue I noticed was the lack of face towels, and there was no lift/elevator. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Crystal Hotel to other travelers. Clean, spacious, convenient, and affordable—what more could you ask for?

The outdoor parking area is pretty nice and the spot is close to the shopping center. The bathroom feels cramped, while the bedroom is huge but lacks a wardrobe.
