“Passable”

The property sits behind Central station and is close to everything, yet maintenance was lacking: water ran out many times from taps and flushes, cleaning only arrived between 4‑5 PM when we were already out, so bathrooms stayed dirty for all five days; no drinking water was provided and the bathrooms were never cleaned.

“Reception told room is all booked so my booking is cancelled. And the name of the hotel is different”

The reception claimed the room was fully booked and cancelled my reservation, and the hotel’s real name differed from what was listed online, which is very bad—please verify the hotel names across sites.
