“Extrem enttäuschender Aufenthalt”
The bathroom was fine and parking was great. The hotel is far from town, in an industrial zone right next to the oil refinery’s business park. The surrounding noise isn’t suitable for a relaxing stay. On my first morning at 7 am, the hedge outside my window was cut electrically, then a vehicle mowed the lawn loudly, and workers came right under my window because new concrete slabs were being laid. Honestly, I was charged 80 € for a single room with a 90 cm bed. Wilhelmshaven isn’t Paris! I already complained on site that the single room on the ground floor was meant for a solo woman, but you can’t sleep there with the window open. Access to the room from outside would have been easy. It was truly unbelievable. Oh, and the North Sea… I don’t want a North Sea view with an oil refinery in the water. The sea view was so disappointing. I took several photos of the place.
