Tirta Unda Sidemen

The staff were very kind and friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the place was extremely loud; roosters sang all night with some barking dogs, so I didn’t sleep at all. It’s close to the road, so you hear motorbikes, and there isn’t much rice‑field view because buildings block it, though the second‑floor view is still better.

“Great place to stay in Sidemen.”

I stayed four nights and loved it! The room was very comfortable and clean. Being on the top floor made me feel very safe as a solo female traveler. The people were so kind and hospitable—they greeted me immediately and helped with my luggage. The restaurant next door was very convenient; I ate dinner there every night, plus the included breakfast, and the food was delicious. They put a large bottled water in the room daily. Walking to everything I wanted was easy—Sidemen has far less traffic than Ubud or Uluwatu. The mosquito net around the bed was really nice and made it extra cozy. I also enjoyed the frogs at night—like nature’s white noise. :)

The room is pretty and very clean. The staff are adorable, very attentive and caring. It’s very pleasant to have the restaurant right next door. I ate there three times and it was always delicious. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay in Tirta Unda.

The associated warung was great, everyone was very nice and helpful, and the location is fantastic!
