The little house perched at the end of the meadow sits in a gorgeous spot right in the middle of nature, giving you total privacy while still feeling modern and comfortable. We loved every minute there and are already planning a return visit.

This tiny cottage is surprisingly well‑stocked and set in a stunning spot that feels miles away from any hustle, yet the nearest town is just a short drive or walk away—perfect for a little unplugged getaway. The only hassle was getting there: GPS kept sending us through a field, and the access road turned out to be muddy and slick from the weather, which made the arrival a bit tricky.

The place was really quiet, which we appreciated, but the dishes left in the kitchen weren’t as clean as they should have been.

We chose this remote spot because we love being away from crowds, and it delivered: deer wandered onto the meadow several times a day, hawks circled overhead, and we even caught a glimpse of a wild lynx. The silence was impressive, daily walks to the nearby lake became a habit, and the covered terrace was a great place to relax.

This charming, cozy cottage sits in a peaceful setting and you can tell the owners put a lot of love into the interior. The only downside was the tap water being a bit cold and slightly rusty, but otherwise everything was spot‑on.
