“ANTIPATIA E MAUS PROFISSIONAIS”
The location and breakfast space were fine, but the staff were rude! My son asked for scrambled eggs because the exposed ones weren’t in good condition and they said it would take a while and showed no interest in making them; then they called at 12:02 to notify us of checkout, almost demanding we leave the hotel… unacceptable because it should have been 12:15 or 12:30, not 12:02. I’ve stayed in more than 10 hotels in Vigo and never seen this; it just made me lose a regular customer in Vigo, because I’ll never go there again.
