“Przyjemny ale bez szału”

The place had a cozy atmosphere, good food – breakfasts and lunches – helpful staff and child facilities. But the air conditioning didn’t work, the heating was strong and uncontrollable. The room was very dry, and when the window was open it was quite cold and you could hear deliveries early in the morning. The bed seemed fine, yet none of us in the group could sleep well – there were still two of our friends on their own reservation. Cakes and desserts were overbaked and very hard. The rooms were supposedly clean, yet there were spider webs hanging in places (for example on our main lamp) and they were quite visible at night.

The surroundings and the room were good. We were offered the evening buffet, but there was no notice that it would be cleared after a quarter hour, so we couldn’t use it fully at the same price. We felt unwanted, and the waitress explained everything in Polish even though she knew we didn’t speak it; English would have been fine.

Breakfast was good, the location excellent, the room spacious and the bed comfortable – super. However, the navigation led us in the wrong direction, we got a bit lost and weren't alone. The room was missing a fridge.

“Bardzo zadowoleni”

Everything we liked. The hotel sits in a peaceful spot with a view of the Tatras, making it a great base for excursions. There’s also a pool, sauna, playroom, and the surrounding area is nicely landscaped. Everyone – from the reception ladies to the restaurant staff and the room attendants – was very friendly, smiling, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection and regional products, and the menu dishes were similarly tasty. I never had such tasty fries (the batter is a kitchen secret) or chicken fillet. Yum. The rooms were tidy, and we had no reason to complain. We highly recommend it and thank you for the stay.
