The staff were very nice, but the location is terrible – it’s on the opposite side of the medina from where you want to be. Walking through the medina gets you harassed by locals and the walk outside the medina is unpleasant, so I left early and found a closer place. The facilities are run down: the toilet seat isn’t attached, the terrace isn’t set up for guests and offers no view.

The reception was fantastic and the accommodation matched that quality. We also tried the €5 per person breakfast, which was delicious! The garden des secrets is a 25‑minute walk away, and we did everything on foot, which worked well.

The host, Mohamed (Momo), was very friendly and helpful, and the terrace is well‑exposed for sunny afternoons—perfect. The only downside was the noisy neighbors; being woken up by other vacationers was a shame.
