Comfortable beds clean nice staff. They filled my small cooler for me and where very freindly. No chair to sit in but the bed. No breakfast food out at 815am

“Huge waste of my time and money!”

When I arrived at 3:05 pm, two women were working and a few cars were in the parking lot, so it looked like an ordinary day. I had booked the room with the spa tub the day before, but the receptionist told me it wasn’t ready; I agreed and decided to grab a bite. Then she started acting strange again, chatting with another staff member. After ten minutes of confusion she finally handed me a key, but I told her I’d step out for a meal first. She stopped again, then suggested moving me to another room. I refused, insisting on the spa tub because my body was hurting and I’d specifically reserved that room. She kept giving me a run‑around, offering a different room while I was still waiting for the original one to be ready. I asked if that room would ever be ready today, but she had no answer and continued to give me excuses. I told her I wasn’t upset about the delay, but she kept pushing me to switch rooms. I was frustrated because the room I wanted wasn’t ready for an unknown reason, especially since there was no entertainment or events in town. I’ve stayed here several times before it became Red Roof, and I never had a problem before.

The pool was closed and the breakfast selection was very limited.

“A little rocky checking in, but they were very accommodating. Best night sleep ever”

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in; I even tried buying one from Serta’s website.
