“Peaceful quiet”
The place was clean, tidy, and spacious—nothing to complain about.
“It was ok. Not a lot of customer service from reception”
The rook was okay but looked exhausted, and the balcony left a lot to be desired; it was pretty dirty and clearly needed some work. The restaurant shut down at night, leaving very few dining choices nearby.
“The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy”
Unfortunately we had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the carpark, however the staff did apologise and offer to move us to a higher floor the next day. The location is good if you want to stay right on the harbour, however it was annoying not having a car and having to catch Taxi's and Ubers all the time to get anywhere. As there is no shops nearby it would be great if the hotel had a vending machine with snacks and drinks. The food and drinks in the restaurant/bar were quite pricey also
