The staff were very friendly and welcoming; we felt comfortable and relaxed. The property was well maintained and clean, making it a great stay overall. Nothing negative.

The king room was clean and spacious when we arrived, which we liked, and we also enjoyed the breakfast selections and the dining area. However, we found several issues: 1. The room air conditioner was a bit noisy; worse, the toilet made a loud screeching, groaning noise every time it flushed as the tank refilled, and sometimes we had to jiggle the handle to get water for the next flush, which was very annoying at night. 2. We stayed two nights, and our room wasn’t serviced while we were away; when we returned that evening the bed had not been made—totally unacceptable.
