Location is very good. Restaurants and convenient store are all very near. Grocery is just in-front of Hotel and train is waking distance. Cleaning. The unit is dusty. Very dusty. They don't really clean the dust

We absolutely loved our stay at HOTEL KOMACHI Higashi Nippori! Honestly, the room felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable, which made a huge difference after spending long days exploring Tokyo. The location was another big plus. My sister and I especially loved that it was near the Yamanote Line, making it convenient to get around Tokyo. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful, so we could relax and get a good rest after a busy day. One thing we loved SO MUCH was having a supermarket right across the hotel! There were also plenty of convenience stores nearby, making it so easy to buy snacks, drinks, and anything else we needed. The room had everything we needed, including filtered drinking water, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kitchen. We didn't get to use the kitchen, but it was nice to have it available. My mom especially loved the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which were incredibly convenient during our trip. The staff were also lovely! They were kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which made our last day much easier. The only small thing was that we couldn't use the balcony, but honestly, it didn't take away from our experience at all

Lage super, direkt gegenüber ein Life Supermarkt, alles sauber und gepflegt. Betten sehr bequem. Separates WC. Fehlende Ablageflächen besonders im Badezimmer, auch für Handtücher etwas problematisch. Küchenausstattung an sich gut, aber Geschirrhandtücher fehlen und auch ein paar mehr Töpfe zum kochen wären gut
