“Great comfort and clean room!”
The TV remote wouldn’t switch channels from the TV guide, leaving very few options.

I had a nightmare when my nephew was kicked out because he wouldn’t give his room number to the clerk while other guests were at the desk; the staff accused him of stealing coffee and were extremely rude. I was hung up on three times, so I called Wyndham to file a complaint, and I still haven’t received a refund for the days he couldn’t use the room.
