Nothing. Unfortunately, this hotel left a very unpleasant impression. I booked and paid for a 5‑night stay. After all the problems, I only got a refund for 1 night, even though I faced many unpleasant situations during the rest of the stay. First, the actual condition of the room and the hotel did not match the photos on Booking. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing repair work during the day—drilling and other loud noise from about 09:00 to 20:00—without any prior notice. There were also issues with moving rooms and Wi‑Fi. The worst incident involved a curtain that fell on its own; instead of resolving it calmly, the staff member started shouting at me and blaming me for what happened. The police were called, which was completely unacceptable and very stressful, especially since I calmly tried to explain the situation and resolve it peacefully. Up to that point, I hadn’t planned to leave a negative review and was ready to simply end my stay. But the staff’s attitude and the way the conflict was handled completely changed my impression. I do not recommend this hotel if you value a peaceful stay, accurate room description and photos, and professional staff treatment.

I was really pleased to find a hotel right in the city centre that offered all the conveniences at a reasonable price, and the staff were incredibly friendly! The room was clean, quiet, and peaceful, and we even got checked in earlier than the scheduled time. The only downside was the lack of a small mat by the shower.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there was a balcony. However, the corridor needs renovation, the fridge in the room had an unpleasant green smell because it hadn't been cleaned, making it unusable, and the room was a luxury suite.
