Everything was fine. The bathroom supplies need better quality and the kitchen water mixture should be replaced because ours had rust. There were also problems with the TV and internet.

The front‑desk staff are very helpful: Adel Alghamdi and Abdul Aziz Alghamdi. Breakfast needs more variety.

The decor and design are impressive. The noise is annoying, for example you can hear the bathroom from the room.

The staff, room size, and location are great. The restaurant and facilities are lacking.
