The place was well‑situated and the staff were friendly and attentive, which is great for young travelers mainly looking for a good price. The room was clean, yet there were many issues: no sound insulation, so outside noise and drafts came through even with the window closed; the toilet clogged after every use and the only fix was a manual plunger; towels never changed. Also, the old hotel was a 3‑star property, but the current one has no star rating.

The location was fine. The facilities were lacking: no soap, insufficient liquid soap, uncomfortable bed, and no lift.
