“Overpriced but comfortable”

The hotel sits right across from Le Grand Plage and the room was spacious, but there was no fridge, the bathroom was small, room service was missing, the front desk didn’t explain anything about the hotel at check‑in, and the overall experience felt overpriced for a 4‑star.

“Overpriced and poorly managed, but conveniently located.”

The central location was great, but the technical glitches and the staff’s poor response ruined the stay. We faced three problems: first, a room booked for three people only had towels for two, and we had to return to reception because housekeeping didn’t answer; second, a power outage on our floor lasted about an hour right before dinner after a beach visit, and the staff had no authority to resolve it, only contacting a technician via WhatsApp; third, the only elevator broke down that evening and stayed out of service the next morning when we checked out, forcing us to carry heavy luggage by hand. No apology, no compensation such as free breakfast or parking, and no basic “how was your stay?” question was offered. For a hotel at this price I expected far more.
