“Gerne wieder”

A lovely room and a friendly host. The language barrier—since I’m not fluent in Italian—was easily handled with modern electronic tools. Handing over the room key in Anna’s Bar, a nearby spot, was completely hassle‑free.

The shared sauna room offers beautiful mountain views and good value for money. The owner is very kind, even though we didn’t speak the same language. I appreciated the many shelves in the bathroom, which let me keep my toiletries organized; I would have liked a soap dish in the shower, but overall the bathroom was fine. The room door has frosted glass, so you can’t see inside, but you can see a silhouette and light comes in when guests from other rooms come to yours. We only had one roll of toilet paper per day, but the owner was friendly enough that if we had mentioned it she might have brought more. The location gives great views, but the village has few amenities and getting around requires passing through narrow, steep roads because the village sits at a high elevation.

There was no working Wi‑Fi. The network appeared sometimes, but the signal was extremely weak.

“Tutto perfetto”

The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff genuinely friendly. We had a first‑night issue with the room that wasn’t the property’s fault, but they fixed it promptly and assigned us another room right away. After we left for a hike, we forgot our wallet in the room in a rush; they waited for us on our return and handed it back, even though we had already checked out.

The spot is convenient, and finding street parking was easy even during a busy hour. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t receive any checkout instructions and the host didn’t respond before we left, so we had to leave the keys in the room hoping that was acceptable. A washing machine was advertised but we couldn’t locate it, and we didn’t receive the promised wine or champagne.
