Perfect stay for exploring Venice

The breakfast was too basic for foreigners.

Over the weekend I was at breakfast twice, each time it was different; the first day was modest, the second day had extra items like more sweet pastries, maybe because we had a larger group that morning, but the breakfast I had the next day was excellent. The hotel is well‑located, close to tram and bus stops, and the train station is also nearby. The area is quiet. One day the breakfast was very modest, the next day it was much better.

Convenient location near bus and tram stops. The bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly. Coffee and pastries at breakfast are tasty. There were no hot dishes at breakfast, only scrambled eggs and the bacon was over‑cooked and unappetizing. No porridge, no pancakes, nothing like that. It was very noisy, as if a renovation was happening on the roof, loud furniture and it started at 6 am. Terrible!
