Overall the stay was calm and fairly comfortable; the room was nice and we liked the décor of the bedroom and bathroom. The property is convenient for a short visit to Naples, especially since it’s near Napoli Centrale station, and we also found great pizzerias nearby. In general, the value for money was good. We’re deaf and can’t hear when someone knocks on the door. At first there was a small mix‑up with breakfast, but then the staff messaged us on WhatsApp to let us know they’d bring it straight to the room, which we appreciated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us because instead of a single double mattress there were two single mattresses joined together; we’d have preferred a proper double mattress. The pillows were also quite high and a bit firm, so the first nights we didn’t sleep well. Later we asked to change the pillow. Cleaning could have been better; we spotted some stains and the shower floor didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly every day. In the lower part of the shower the silicone was yellowed. The area near the station was less appealing: there was a lot of grime on the street, much confusion, and especially at night the atmosphere didn’t feel very pleasant. Breakfast was rather simple and not very abundant: coffee, a brioche, a small sandwich with cheese and cured meat, and a yogurt.
