The location is fantastic. Every staff member was efficient and helpful, always with a smile. The executive lounge was a lovely welcome space with great views.

The location was spot on – walking or taking the BTS to attractions cost nothing. The breakfast area was huge and had everything needed. The room was perfect and we even got upgraded to the executive floor. Nothing negative.

The hotel provides everything a good hotel should. The only suggestion is to add an armchair and a small table in the empty space between the bed and the window; we found it inconvenient without them.

The location and staff were excellent, and I would rate even higher if possible. The experience was phenomenal. Nothing else.
