“SUCIO, DESCUIDADO E INCOMODO”
I never expected a stay to be so awful. The beds were super uncomfortable, the rooms were filthy, I found food in the fridge and a ball of hair and trash everywhere, and the bathroom was incredibly dirty—like they only used a single rag that was still covered in poop 😞. I had to ask for a broom, mop and everything to clean myself, but when I got to the bathroom I decided to stop. We had to leave because they offered us another room that was just as dirty. I’m still waiting for the refund they promised to send me 😢. It’s not cheap enough to justify these conditions.
