The location is one of the best things about this hotel - it's right in the heart of the city.

The spot is unbeatable, but the streetwalkers outside the hotel are a real nuisance.
Everything was just fine.
The location is excellent, right next to the Petronas Twin Towers, restaurants, snack bars, and shops, so you can walk a lot. The room was very comfortable, though the air conditioning wasn’t perfect but it wasn’t a big deal. It felt like a small apartment you could actually stay in for a while. We especially liked the Irish restaurant on the ground floor, even though the prices were pretty high. There isn’t really a laundry in the building, and the washroom was closed, but the pool was open, though hardly used. The reception was staffed all the time, and room service was excellent. The sidewalks in Kuala Lumpur are a disaster, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. From our room’s window we could see two ruins where the construction companies apparently went bankrupt a few years ago.
The room was very spacious, clean n bright with windows 3 sides. Location was good, Hotel was conveniently above a Restuarant and a pub. KLCC was a 500m walk away. Free private car park was easy to access and supported by lifts. A bit dated
Location was ideal in the city centre with easy public‑transport links, and we always used Grab taxis, which I’d definitely recommend; the staff were also great and friendly, and the second room we received was spacious and clean. The pool, however, looked nothing like the photos—perhaps under renovation on the 2nd and 3rd floors—no lighting, broken tiles, and I can’t say when it was last cleaned given the algae in the corners; the hotel is also refurbishing rooms, as we were told, because the 8th‑floor room we got had black stains/mold in the shower, though they did move us to another room after we asked.
