The hotel sits close to the bus terminal, is tidy and well‑equipped, and I booked a single‑bed room that actually had two beds; they even arranged a Hà Giang tour and offered motorbike rentals and guidance, with staff who were very enthusiastic; breakfast was included, and the next day a friend got a free dorm room. The only downside was that breakfast started a bit late, which could affect early departures, and the menu wasn’t very varied, but overall it was fine.
