I was furious when I arrived and they told me my reservation didn't exist; after I asked them to check, they admitted it had been made but because no credit card was on file they hadn't honored it. I explained I needed accommodation urgently, paid with a debit card, yet they still charged the other card, so I was double‑charged due to the reception staff’s negligence (Linda). I demand a refund!
