“A bargain in a great neighborhood”
The spot is easy to walk to, but the layout is confusing, there's no elevator, and the overhead lighting is bad.
Room 410 has no window, and the curtains are screwed to the wall, making me question the hotel’s safety standards; on top of that, loud construction started at 7 AM without any notice, so I strongly advise against staying here.

I wish they had an elevator because climbing the 4th floor with luggage is a nightmare.
