In the city centre, the staff were attentive and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and cosy, the cleanliness was superb, and the spa with its pool was stunning.

Excellent service, especially the young driver, the bartender who also handled the spa, and Michela at the restaurant; the décor of the rooms and the whole hotel shows careful attention to detail with quality materials.

The modern, minimal style, polite staff, proximity to the centre, heated outdoor pool, comfortable bed, and dog kit with kennel and bowls were all positives. The superior room lacked a luggage rack and the wardrobe was tiny; a bad smell lingered for four days in the room, elevator, and stairs; Wi‑Fi was weak and the Smart TV had no apps—only YouTube, which didn’t load; the parking wasn’t enough for all cars, and the staff had to move my car to another lot after I left the keys at reception, which was annoying; breakfast was a menu card instead of a buffet, and items like Greek yoghurt were missing for the whole stay.

The hotel was tastefully decorated, the staff were worthy of the biggest palaces and made you feel truly privileged, and the restaurant was so good you want to try the whole menu; the only downside was having to leave.
