The reception was almost empty, so no one was there to help; parking was also unavailable, forcing us to park on the road, and the extra bed in the triple room was dirty.

I would definitely recommend this new property; from the moment we checked in we felt welcomed, the sheets and linens were spotless, the main area was well located, and the staff went out of their way to help us, even bringing our baby's milk around midnight. Nothing to complain about – absolutely fabulous.

I'm extremely disappointed with the hotel's behavior, as they shamelessly cancelled our booking without any valid reason. The communication was unprofessional and left us feeling frustrated and helpless. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were treated poorly, which made our stay a nightmare. The hotel's actions were unacceptable, and I would advise others to think twice before booking with them.
