住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The room and location were solid, just needed a better mirror; the reception guy in the evening was horribly unfriendly and unhelpful, and I would have rated the hotel higher if not for him.

The room was spacious by Paris standards, the location was perfect, the staff were wonderful, and tea, coffee, and free water in the room made me feel comfortable; the double windows blocked city noise. The building is old, so there’s some internal noise, limited sockets, and paint needs touch‑ups; only one socket for the coffee maker and kettle forced me to move the kettle to the bedside table, but that didn’t bother me alone. I was disappointed that the body lotion wasn’t replaced after using it the first morning.

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the room is small, old, and needs a new lock.

The location and staff were great, but the air conditioning stopped working.
