“Olemme erittäin pettyneitä tähän kokemukseen.”
The room had seen better days; the sheets had dried stains, the mattress was dirty, and the bed felt like a spring, very soft and creaking when I turned. It was extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobe handle was broken. The restaurant Rousku was so cold I had to put on a jacket to stay warm. The breakfast had gone cold by the time I reached the table, so I ended up eating cold food.

The staff at Respa were pleasant and helpful, but the waiters seemed tense and I didn’t feel welcomed.
Rummet var bra. Hjälpsam personal. Fräsch spa-avdelning.Bra morgonmål. Helt ok middag. Vacker omgivning. Utstående handtag på sängarna, rum 315, som vi snubblade i. Vi fick bara 1 ny handduk till rummet fastän vi bodde 4 där
