The room was big enough with good bathrooms, breakfast was varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel sits in a quiet area by the park and the city center is about a 20‑minute walk, which was fine because we could park safely in the locked garage below the hotel. However, the check‑in didn’t go as planned: we first got room 514, unpacked, and one of us showered before noticing water dripping from the ceiling onto the parquet floor. We were moved to a new room 514, unpacked again, and the other of us showered, only to find the TV wasn’t working and the staff couldn’t fix it. We packed up again and ended up in a third room two floors lower. It took almost three hours and we missed the evening in the city center. The hotel offered us free breakfast for both mornings as compensation.

Very comfortable, but the location is a bit of a walk—about 15 minutes on foot to the center.

Everyone was friendly—from reception to the breakfast staff—and the breakfast itself was great. Nothing else was wrong; I liked everything.
