“Unhappy, will never go back!”
My stay was a mixed bag, with some aspects falling short of my expectations. I had hoped for more attentive service, but it seemed that the staff's role was mainly limited to delivering food and leaving. On the downside, we were bothered by cigarette smoke wafting into the hallways and the disruption of smoke alarms blaring due to someone smoking in a nearby room. It was disconcerting to see that the smoker was allowed to remain, even after they had let someone in to silence the alarm.
I had a great experience with the bar staff, but unfortunately, the attitude and disrespect I encountered from them really let the hotel down. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable, and it made my stay feel less enjoyable than it could have been.

The bed was really comfortable, which was a highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom didn't feel particularly clean, which was a bit of a disappointment. To add to that, when I returned to my room after a long day, I wasn't provided with room service because I'd opted for an "eco-friendly" package, which wasn't clearly stated anywhere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this upscale hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The elegant décor, friendly staff, and excellent bar set the tone for a fantastic experience. My wife and I were visiting for my nephew's graduation at a nearby university, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get around. The access to the highway and numerous dining options in the area were definite bonuses.

However, I was a bit disappointed that the room temperature couldn't be adjusted, which made for a less-than-comfortable stay. Despite this, I appreciated the lovely outdoor sitting and dining areas, which were a great place to relax.
