The location was excellent for what we needed, but I didn’t really like the continental breakfast.

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it’s close to Old Trafford stadium as well as tram and bus stops that take you 15 minutes to the city centre; the staff were very courteous, but I had to ask reception for a water jug and a hair dryer, the lack of a wardrobe was a drawback despite ample room space, and there were no small face towels.

The location was good, but that was the only perk of staying in that hotel; otherwise it was such a bad experience. I didn't like the room at all: the bed, the pillows, all rubbish. Why do these people not have a proper space for a washroom? The wash basin was placed inside the bedroom, and who the hell likes to have wash basins inside the bedroom? Moreover, when I booked it was also mentioned that parking is available, however it wasn’t stated that it was paid, so we were charged £14 for 24 hours while our stay was for a night only. I won’t go there again. The next day we had another booking with Travelodge and, to be honest, our experience with them was amazing and surprisingly it was cheaper than this ibis rubbish.
