The property is in a good location. The staff are very welcoming and happy to give advice on everything. The only note: the bathroom was a bit small and the door should be replaced with a sliding one.

Excellent welcome, availability, and friendliness from the staff. The balcony with mountain view was a truly appreciated bonus. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect for enjoying Folgaria. I would add some background music in the wellness area and a snack to go with the tea, like an apple or nuts.
