The proximity to the Basilica of the Pilar, comfortable beds, and excellent staff made for a perfect stay.

Because of the Pilar festivals, we couldn’t get parking; when we raised the issue the hotel didn’t respond, so we had to book elsewhere last minute and still got charged for the stay with no refund.

The receptionists were friendly, the room was wide and clear, clean, and the bed comfortable, but it was next to the elevator.
